For years now, Chris Rackley had been sure of himself, confident of his every move and determined that every course of action would be under his complete control and always for the good of man kind and those around him.
Then came the "Whoops." The "Whoops" statement was made by Chris Rackley initially on Sunday, July 20, at approximately 10:08 p.m. Since that time, an outbreak of concern and outrageous rumors have surrounded him as his friends, colleagues, and even his family, try to understand the "Whoops." It's the single word that has shocked a nation.
So just what is this "Whoops"? What did Chris Rackley mean? At this point, all we can discern is that something must have dawned on Chris that would turn the world upside down once he became aware of it.
